Dean received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Orthotic Technology from Lakewood Community College, White Bear Lake, in 1991, completed the Orthotic Practitioner Program at Northeast Metro Technical College in 1992, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services and Orthotics from Metropolitan State University, St. Paul, in 1995.

Dean has worked in a number of clinics and hospitals, offering acute care and therapy for a wide variety of orthotic injuries and conditions.   He has recently concentrated on sports medicine injuries, designing exclusive foot orthotics for elite runners, and has played an important role in the rehabilitation of athletes at many levels of accomplishment.

It’s also rewarding when you can directly use your skills and expertise to come up with a solution that further helps them get back to whatever their goals may be. It could be a dedicated marathon runner or the person who wants to get back to walking their dog every morning.
